Nicholas completed his Juris Doctor at Western University in 2016. At Western, he engaged heavily with extra-curricular activities, including the running club he founded during his first year and the student assisting Peer Support Program he created during his second year. During his third year, he served as President of the Western Law Student Legal Society, overseeing many affairs for students at the law school. Nicholas also enjoyed competing in advocacy competitions, and achieved high rankings on many occasions, such as the Western Law's official Negotiation and Mediation and the Lerner's Cup competitions.

Growing up, Nicholas spent time in various cities across Canada before attending high school in Chicago, Illinois. He received his BA from McGill University with a major in History and a minor in Political Science before spending a year in South Africa as a researcher for a local history website. Nicholas is excited to be living in Oshawa for the first time so he can meet new people, explore new running trails, and find some new golf courses!
